Scope
This document is a proposal only and does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Statement of Work (SOW) will be issued upon agreement. Work is scoped to the selected package; changes during delivery will be agreed in writing and may affect timeline and cost.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all custom-developed assets transfer to the client. Open-source components remain under their respective licences. Deskio retains the right to reference the engagement in portfolio work unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the contents of this proposal — including pricing and strategy — confidential and not to share with third parties without written consent. Partner pricing disclosed herein is not for redistribution.
Liability
Deskio's liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from system downtime, data issues, or third-party service failures outside our control.
Validity
This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date shown on the cover. Partner pricing is subject to capacity availability.
